> Bolt Holdings is the reinforcement learning lab for medical, surgical, and clinical human data. We partner directly with high-volume specialty clinics and private practices to build verifiable RL environments and clinical benchmarks for frontier AI.

## Thesis

Frontier AI models have read the entire public internet, but they have never been inside an operating room. Bolt Holdings partners directly with high-volume specialty clinics and private practices, where top surgeons own the entire patient journey from intake and imaging to robotic surgery, pathology, and recovery, to convert proprietary surgical video, longitudinal patient dialogues, reproductive immunology cohorts, molecular oncology archives, and federal No Surprises Act arbitration records into verifiable RL environments.

## Process

1. **01 · Clinical Worlds**: Constructing grounded clinical environments from patient intakes, nurse triage, imaging, robotic surgical video, lab assays, and pathology with practice-local de-identification.
2. **02 · Task Pipelines**: Aligning Prompts, Worlds, and Verifiers around explicit clinical failure modes through inner solver and reward-hacker loops and outer-loop clinician distillation.
3. **03 · Verifiers**: Grading trajectories against deterministic clinical ground truth (histopathology, biomarker remission, and statutory arbitration outcomes) and calibrated surgeon rubrics.
